ARTIST STUDIOS
Perched on Dorp Street in the Bo-Kaap neighbourhood is DAC, an oasis of calm and serenity. The three-story house is one of the tallest buildings in Bo-Kaap. You will experience stunning sunsets and views of the city and Table Mountain from the balconies. There are two artist spaces which consist of a bedroom plus an atelier for you to work. The studios occupy the second and the top floor. The ground floor offers a communal area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside area includes a large terrace and a plunge pool.
STUDIO 1
A wooden spiral staircase will lead to a large secure and peaceful retreat on the top floor with its own large balcony. Hardwood floors throughout the space create a sense of warmth, and the gas fireplace could heat up the space on a chilly day. The studio provides an ensuite dressing area, an adjoining bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The small atelier on the second floor next to the staircase and the workspace on the top floor provides you with ample opportunities to be creative.

STUDIO 2
From the communal area an iron staircase will lead you to the second floor. The studio consists of two private rooms (bedroom and atelier) and a small bathroom with shower. Both rooms have access to their own balcony with views of the city and Bo-Kaap. Hardwood floors throughout in both rooms create a sense of warmth and the simplicity of the interior design invites to create.
